You may need to be licensed!

A. If your work as a landscape contractor involves construction and exceeds $1100 for each individual job you may need to have a Building Services Authority (BSA) license.

B. If your work involves ‘soft’ landscaping (planting and gardening that may involve constructiuon under the value of $1100), you may not need to be licensed.

The process of licensing can sometimes be complicated and different levels of work and landscape activities may need clarification.

CLIC and the Building Services Authority (BSA) are working together to simplify the process for the landscape industries.

We will post new and simplified information on this site as it becomes available.
